"I really enjoyed reading this book for many reasons. It is highly informative
about nutrition but doesn't read like a text book. I'd sit down to read a
chapter and end up reading several! I've shared much information from this book
with my husband so we can try it to feed our family a much healthier diet and I
suggested he read it next. I've always thought I ate a decent variety of food
but after reading this book now know quick and simple ways to add even more
healthy selections to our meals. Ms. Parlette writes with language I can
